Are your Bouncy Castles Safe?

Yes all our inflatables are tested every year to make sure they conform to the standards of BS EN 14960-13 European standard

 

Are your electrical's safe to use with the inflatables?

Yes all the electrical equipment we use for our inflatables is PAT tested

 

What areas do you cover?

We cover most areas in Birmingham and Walsall we have a great tool on our site look out for the area checker to see if we cover your area

 

How do I book?

How much does it cost?

The prices are listed by each piece of equipment

 

Is there a delivery charge?

Sometimes there is a small delivery charge this will be calculated when booked online or over the phone.

 

How long does it take to set up take away the bouncy castle or inflatable?

Setting and packing away takes about 15 minutes each depends on the access

 

Do I have to pay a deposit?

No deposit is required we just take full payment on delivery

 

When do I pay?

We take full payment on delivery on both online and over the phone bookings

 

Do you hire overnight?

We do hire out overnight there is an extra charge of £20 it does need to be in a back garden and some of the equipment does need to be taken inside

 

What if I need to cancel is there a charge?

We don't charge a cancellation fee we just ask you give us as much notice as possible

 

What if it rains when I have the castle?

All castles come with a rain covers that make them suitable for light showers but in the case of heavy rain we advise you wait till the rain passes

 

How long do i get the equipment for?

We start delivering at 07.30 in the morning and start collecting 17.30 on the evening

 

How much space is needed?

The measurements of the equipment is on the description we ask for 2ft either side and 2ft at the back for the blower tube

 

Do I need to supply anything when I hire?

No we supply everything all we need is normal plug socket to run our extension lead from we can supply petrol generators for where power isn't available
